Executive Assistant to the Group Managing Director

In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted staff member, directly assisting the Group Managing Director.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Communication and Correspondence: Serve as a point of contact, managing communication flow within the office and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Draft and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations to the highest standards.
  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Meticulously manage the Group Managing Director's calendar, travel requirements, prioritizing appointments, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient time allocation.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times, exercising sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.

To be successful, you will possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior-level Executive Assistant, ideally within a high-profile or executive leadership environment.
  • Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and professional written correspondence and to communicate effectively verbally.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) at an advanced level.
  • A strong sense of initiative and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
  • Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and reliability.
  • The ability to work independently while also seamlessly collaborating within a team environment.
  • A positive and flexible work ethic, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

This role is based at our Head Office in Lonsdale, South Australia but for exceptional candidates, flexible working hours and location including working from home at times will be considered.
